Keeping our guests safe during Covid-19 Pandemic

WORKING HARD TO KEEP YOU SAFE

WORKING HARD TO KEEP YOU SAFE

You may have noticed that we’ve been a little quiet recently, and that’s for very good reason!

We’ve been working incredibly hard to prepare to re-open and welcome our wonderful guests from 4th July 2020.

A change of scenery, fresh air and wide open spaces awaits you. We cannot wait to give you just that, albeit safely.

Although we have always prided ourselves on our stringent housekeeping, we have taken things even further and have upgraded all of our processes to ensure that we have minimised risks as much as possible. We have contactless key collection and self check in/out. Each of our properties has been risk assessed and we have successfully completed the Visit England '“We’re good to go” certification. This is in recognition that we have confirmed that we have followed Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/ physical distancing.

Along with these processes we have upgraded our housekeeping products to comply with EN 14476 which is proven to kill up to 99.9999% of microbes including coronavirus sars-cov 2 which leads to the illness Covid-19. Alongside this our products also comply with EN1276: Antibacterial and EN1650: Anti-fungal. This may sound extreme but rest assured our products are non-hazardous, biodegradable (we especially love that bit) alcohol and bleach free, non-flammable and have a neutral PH.

Our certification can be viewed via the link below.

Our main priority has always been to keep our guests, team and local community as safe as we possibly can, therefore we ask that whilst enjoying your stay with us please be respectful of others, follow the most up to date advice from the Government regarding social distancing, and please be patient. This new normal is very different, we’re all learning, adapting and as BJ says “we’re all in this together”

Thank you for your support in advance
